At SadieKids, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
